Salary: $136,000 - 184,000 per year Requirements:

• Required Technical Skills:
• - Demonstrated hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• - Proficient skill in ITIL v4
• - Demonstrated experience with SLA/OLA management, Knowledge Management, Service Delivery, Continuous Service Improvement, and Problem Management
• Security Clearance Level:
• - U.S. Citizenship Required
• - Possess Q or TS level clearance (or their equivalency) with the ability to obtain a Q level clearance within six (6) months of hiring - Must be eligible to obtain and maintain such clearance as a condition of employment
• Required Skills and Abilities:
• - Ability to enhance information systems by identifying technology opportunities and developing application strategies
• - Demonstrated ability to maintain accounts, security, workflows, and secure systems connectivity
• - Effective administrative and organizational skills
• - Effective people management skills
• - Extensive knowledge of company policies, processes, and procedures, with an understanding of company strategic goals and their alignment to business operations

• As an IT Systems Manager, I would manage systems professionals either directly or through subordinates by providing leadership, coaching, and training. I act as an advisor to my team to meet schedules and resolve technical problems. My role includes developing and administering schedules and performance requirements, managing budget responsibilities, enhancing information systems by identifying technology opportunities, and developing application strategies. Additionally, I oversee the maintenance of accounts, security, workflows, and secure systems connectivity, while managing all information systems policies and procedures.
