The In-House Recruiter is a mentor/leader to our hiring managers. They are part of an 11-person Talent Acquisition team responsible for the direct recruitment of team members throughout Monarch's organization, primarily for on-site personnel at our owned communities.  They are responsible for helping to keep our 2,300 positions staffed at all times!

This role is based in Franktown, Colorado. Relocation assistance may be available.

Paid travel up to 3 times per year.

- $60,000 - $70,000annual salary.

A little about the role:

  • Responsible for supporting managers in hiring team members.
  • Responsible for implementing approved job search plans.
  • Edit, write and develop custom content for job searches based on company approved templates and original thought.
  • Provide a high-contact candidate experience.
  • Responsible for sourcing applicants both online and in-person.
  • Responsible for reviewing applicants, initial contact, interviewing and presenting top applicants to managers.
  • Manage all activities within Monarchs in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platform Jobvite.
  • Coordinate and/or attend Career Fairs, Expos, Trade School events and other related outreach with local teams.
