About the Role
As a Paralegal, you’ll be a key player on our legal team, preparing immigration filings, managing documents, and guiding clients through complex processes. You’ll track deadlines, draft essential paperwork, and collaborate closely with attorneys to keep cases moving forward. Above all, you’ll offer clarity and reassurance during some of the clients’ most challenging moments.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trust through compassionate, clear communication.
• Draft legal forms, applications, affidavits, and correspondence for family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian immigration cases.
• Support case preparation for H-1B, PERM, TN, L-1, I-130, I-485, N-400, asylum, and waiver applications.
• Monitor deadlines, follow up on missing documentation, and ensure files are complete for attorney review.
• Conduct legal research and assist with Requests for Evidence (RFEs), NOIDs, and other agency communications.
• Keep digital case files organized and compliant using legal case management tools like Docketwise or LawLogix.

Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring: • Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in immigration or legal services.
• Strong working knowledge of immigration processes and forms (H-1B, I-140, PERM, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills required.
• Notary Public certification is a plus.
