Our client  develops, manufactures, markets, distributes, and sells orthopedic implant devices, related surgical instrumentation, and biologic services. Many of the roles are temp to hire with our client. All of their buildings are air-conditioned and a comfortable work environment. 

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance. This role involves working independently with minimal supervision, adjusting machine settings, and inspecting finished components to ensure they meet specifications.

Job Description

• Operate CNC machines efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Adjust machine offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality of parts.
• Follow detailed Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Inspect own work using tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Accurately document production results and maintain required records.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and report any process deviations to the team leader.
• Comply with all departmental safety protocols and company policies.
• Apply and understand the Quality System, including relevant Federal and International standards.
• Collaborate with other operators, team members, and support staff as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Supervisor.

Skills Required

• Prior manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficient in using basic inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong basic math skills.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and support cross-functional teams.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.

Pay Rate

• $18 per hour
